The Independent Automobile Dealers Association of Utah, founded in 1974, is the only organization representing all of Utah's used car dealers. It is our 35th anniversary and we are here to continue to protect you and your business from those organizations, businesses, and governement entities that may cause harm to this used car industry as a whole. It is the Associations objective to see that the views of the members are expressed in all the activities, programs, and legislation administered and that those members are being fairly represented and protected as an industry.
What does IADA do for you?
That has so many answers I think the better question is "What doesn't IADA do for you?" Well, the short answer is IADA doesn't run your business. IADA just gives you what you need to know inorder to stay clear of all the legal problems that so many face today. And represent you on the hill protecting your interests in the automotive industry.
