History

The Beginning

The Independent Automobile Dealers Association of Utah, founded in 1974, is the only organization representing all of Utah's used car dealers. We are here to continue to protect you and your business from those organizations, businesses, and governement entities that may cause harm to this used car industry as a whole. It is the Associations objective to see that the views of the members are expressed in all the activities, programs, and legislation administered and that those members are being fairly represented and protected as an industry.

The Association Today

Today the Association still serves the original purpose of providing representation at the Capitol but now it also includes many other aspects that the dealers are concerned about in there industry (i.e. Curbstoning, etc.)
